Ren Con Inc started the way a lot of good things do — with one person, a truck, and a commitment to doing the job right. Back in the early 1980s, our founder launched a handyman service in the Willamette Valley, taking on the kinds of projects that neighbors needed done and doing them with care. That early work built a foundation of practical skill and a direct understanding of what homeowners actually want: someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and finishes what they start.

Over the years, the path took some turns. Time spent working through several construction unions, then with private companies, added depth to the craft — framing, siding, remodels, and more. But those years also revealed a pattern that was hard to ignore. Customer service slipped. Timelines stretched. Warranty issues went unresolved. The bigger the organization, the easier it became for homeowners to fall through the cracks.

That experience made the decision clear: go back to running things independently, where quality and accountability stay close to home. Ren Con Inc was built on that decision. We stay in control of our own work so you stay in control of your project. On-time production, honest communication, and a warranty that means something — those aren't promises we make lightly.
